How does it work?
First, you select the number of air filters in your home. Second, you tell us your size(s). Then, you select your membership level (filter quality) and frequency and you’re done. It’s that simple!
TF is a subscription service - tell us how often and never worry about leaving home to purchase your filters again. When the filters show up, it’s time to change them out.
How do I edit my subscription?
All you have to do is log in to your account. There, you can upgrade, downgrade, increase or decrease the structure of your membership. You can edit payment and address information as well! If you have any questions, you can always email us.
Are there membership fees?
It is FREE to be a member of Timely Filters. All you pay for is the product, the rest is on us!
Is my information secure?
Yes, your information is secure. We value your business and protect our customers at all cost.
When will you charge my card?
Timely Filters will charge your card on the date of sign up and then whenever your cycle renews. Example: If you sign up May 1st and have a 2 month subscription, you will be billed July 1st. (Please take into consideration holidays and when your funds clear your account). Once your order is processed (payment received), we begin fulfillment. Fulfillment includes, packaging, shipping/delivery. You will receive an email once your order leaves our warehouse alerting you to be on the lookout for your new filters.
Do I have to change my air filters?
Well, technically no. You don’t have to change your engine oil either, but you should! Changing your air filters on a regular basis means your HVAC system works less over its life. This leads to less frequent repairs and tune ups, cleaner air for your family as well as lower energy costs. You could save up to 15% off your energy bill! So, yeah… change them.
Why do you not sell MERV 13 or other high efficiency filters?
MERV 13 and other high efficiency filters use a media that is pretty thick. I mean, heck, if you want to catch everything just put a piece of plywood in there! (Please don’t do that.) The point is there is a fine line between having an efficient filter AND an efficient system. You can have both, but we believe that “line” stops at MERV 11. Anything thicker will increase the pressure drop of your unit, meaning, your system has to work harder to pull the air through the filter. The benefit of having slightly better air quality, we believe, is outweighed by the risk to your system’s health.

I cannot find my filter size. What do I do?
We specialize in custom orders. Click ‘Contact Us’ while selecting sizes and tell us what you need. We will be back to you in a jiffy and get you taken care of!
Who is MERV?
Well, he’s my Uncle, but he is not what we are talking about here. MERV stands for “Minimal Efficiency Reporting Value”. In other words, it represents how your filter performs in a worst case scenario.
How long will my filters last?
The Department of Energy recommends changing your air filters at the very least seasonally, or every 3 months. We recommend changing your air filters every 60 days to ensure optimal HVAC health – this will save you money in the long run and better defend against allergens.
Will I actually save money using TF's services?
We wouldn’t be doing this if we couldn’t save you money! You save by not making trips to the hardware store. You save on your energy costs by replacing your filters in a “TIMELY” fashion… see what we did there? You also save by helping avoid expensive repairs to your HVAC unit that stem from neglect. My dad always said, “Time is money!” Never really understood that until I went shopping for air filters… Your time saved is money saved!
What if I order or receive the wrong size(s)?
If we send you the wrong size, we will get you the correct size at no additional cost. If you ordered the wrong size, don’t sweat it. Your membership covers the new filters for free! All you pay is shipping and handling. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
